Outside of work, Chongo enjoys spending time outdoors, including roping, hunting, and fishing.
David Caviller
David specializes in client relationships and efficent project managment while maintaining high standards of quality and craftsmanship. David takes pride in delivering honest, reliable work while helping clients protect and improve their investment. Outside of work, they enjoy hiking, running, horseback riding, cooking, spending time with his kids.
Bernie Neito
Bernardo oversees residential and commercial roofing projects, with a strong focus on insurance-based work. He ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. Known for his reliability and follow-through, Bernardo prioritizes strong communication with every client. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active, traveling, and spending time with family.
Joey Halvorson
Joey manages project planning and client communication for both residential and commercial roofing projects. He is committed to keeping customers informed and ensuring a smooth, well-coordinated experience from start to finish. Outside of work, Joey enjoys running and spending time with his wife and child.
Jack Baker
Jack works directly with homeowners to identify roofing issues, navigate insurance claims, and oversee projects through completion. He leads with honesty and strong communication, ensuring each client feels informed and confident throughout the process. Outside of work, Jack enjoys staying active, trying new restaurants, and spending time with friends and family.

Myrna Anderson - Billing Manager
Myrna manages the financial and documentation side of construction projects, overseeing insurance billing, supplements, invoicing, and compliance from start to finish. She works closely with project managers and adjusters to ensure accuracy, profitability, and alignment with contract, code, and manufacturer requirements.
Known for her attention to detail and integrity, Myrna is committed to clear communication and making sure every customer feels supported throughout the process. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, being near the water, and exploring new hobbies.
Danielle Welsh - Operations Manager
Danielle oversees daily operations, coordinating teams, projects, and workflows to keep everything running efficiently.
Known for her organization and attention to detail, Danielle ensures accuracy, compliance, and strong documentation across every project.
She values a positive, growth-driven team culture and delivering a strong customer experience. Outside of work, Danielle enjoys paddle boarding, camping, fishing, and hiking.
Kelly White - Billing Specialist
Kelly specializes in insurance-based restoration billing, helping homeowners navigate the financial side of their project from initial claim through final payment. She works closely with project managers to submit supplements, manage depreciation recovery, and keep jobs moving efficiently.
Kelly helps ensure a smooth and transparent process during what can often be a stressful experience. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her kids, and getting outside with her dog.
Christine Spitzer - Production Manager
Christine manages material ordering and job scheduling, coordinating crews and timelines to keep projects running smoothly from start to finish. She also oversees logistics such as solar detach and reset, working closely with multiple teams to ensure everything stays on track.
Christine helps maintain consistency behind the scenes so projects stay efficient and stress-free for customers. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, relaxing poolside, and traveling whenever she gets the chance.
Dayl Anderoli - Administrative Coordinator
Dayl supports job cost tracking, vendor coordination, and daily office operations to help keep projects organized and on track. With a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail, Dayl ensures processes run smoothly behind the scenes and nothing falls through the cracks.
Outside of work, Dayl enjoys spending time with family, working on home projects, reading, and traveling—along with trying new food spots.
